What Is JVYS?

JVYS is a joint venture of Yulista Management Services, Inc. (a small disadvantaged business owned by Calista Corporation, an Alaska Regional Native Corporation) and Science and Engineering Services, Inc., also a small disadvantaged business.

Yulista has a proven history of providing high quality management services to numerous government installations; Science and Engineering Services Inc. (SES) is a multi-disciplined engineering and manufacturing-technology company providing advanced technology research, engineering design and development, electronic and mechanical manufacturing, and integration and test support to various DOD, NASA and commercial programs.

On June 17, 2002, the AMCOM awarded a ten-year, $1.1 Billion contract to JVYS, referred to as AMCOM's Prototype Integration Facility Rapid Acquisition & Prototyping (PIF RAP) Contract. JVYS is the prime contractor to the PIF for this effort and serves as a critical bridge between government and industry expertise, technologies, and resources required to efficiently respond to emerging requirements.

The PIF/JVYS team provides turn-key technical solutions for the aviation, missile and technical communities, within days or weeks versus months or years. The PIF/JVYS team is focused on providing our customer base a quick response to meet their needs.
