Program Management

JVYS maintains a staff of highly experienced Program Managers (PM) working in parallel with Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) Government Leads to plan, execute and manage assigned programs. JVYS specializes in development, coordination, and completion of critical, short-fuse projects in time and under budget. Each project is assigned its own JVYS lead who coordinates between Government, in-house JVYS, and industry expertise, facilities and resources to formulate the optimum technical answer to specific problems. The JVYS team provides a well rounded combination of seasoned project management, cost and schedule control, quality assurance, configuration management, technical documentation, manufacturing, and technical assembly talent to support system design, development and integration.
