Hardware Manufacturing and Integration

JVYS is working with the Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) to establish fully ISO/AS9100 compliant facilities by the end of 2007 for the manufacture, fabrication, assembly and integration of parts and components - both electrical and mechanical. JVYS manufacturing activities include assembly and testing of Blue Force Tracker (BFT), refurbishment of AVIM/AVUM Shop Set Plus shelters, fabrication of UH-60 Peculiar Ground Support Equipment components, fabrication of Army Airborne Command and Control System (A2C2S) components, fabrication and installation of Apache Infrared Laser Designator kits, fabrication of CH-47 Flare Dispense Cables, and fabrication of Army Aviation M240 Machine Gun Ammo Cans. Major System Integration efforts include Blue Force Tracking (BFT), AVIM/AVUM Shop Set Plus, UH-60 Desert Mod Kits, Apache A Model and C), Battle Damage Assessment and Repair Kits, and UH-60 Peculiar Ground Support (PGSE) Deployment Support Kits (DSK).
