How to Do Business with PIF/JVYS

JVYS is the prime contractor on the Prototype Integration Facility Rapid Acquisition & Prototyping (PIF RAP) contract, a streamlined vehicle for the execution of PIF-approved and directed projects, ranging from simple to complex platform design, fabrication, manufacturing, integration, and logistics support. The PIF tasks JVYS to organize, execute, and manage industry portions of the effort under either Cost Plus or Fixed Price arrangements. JVYS is responsible for executing and managing a wide range of programs, including all subcontracts under the ten-year/$1.45B PIF RAP contract.

The primary purpose of the PIF/JVYS team is the creation of government and industry teams to meet critical engineering, logistical, and sustainment requirements. JVYS, with its wide-ranging in-house capabilities, is both a key member of the PIF team and a vehicle for creating and mobilizing industry partnerships. A streamlined subcontracting process overseen by the PIF facilitates the rapid evaluation, selection, and mobilization of key government and industry resources to meet emerging Army Aviation challenges as quickly, and cost-effectively as possible.
